Construction of the next Neo Natolin homes is gaining momentum!

Construction of the homes in stage II of the Neo Natolin development is progressing dynamically. DTM, once again selected by Real Management as the main contractor, has already completed the foundation slabs and is currently erecting the first walls of the buildings. The investor plans to hand over the keys to new owners in spring 2027.

Neo Natolin is a premium residential development of semi-detached single-family homes located in Warsaw, on ul. Stefana Korbońskiego. The project is distinguished by its elegant, modern architecture and high-quality design solutions that ensure privacy and numerous amenities for neighbouring families. The estate also features recreational areas, including landscaped green squares with carefully selected vegetation, a water feature, small architectural elements and playgrounds, creating a welcoming environment for leisure and relaxation.

Once completed, the project will comprise a total of 250 homes along with full infrastructure. Following the completion (in July 2024) and sale of all 84 homes delivered in stage I, further stages of the development were launched. Real Management decided to deliver an additional 26 and 32 homes as part of stage II. DTM has been appointed as the general contractor responsible for construction and installation works.

Construction works on the first 26 buildings are gaining momentum day by day. After the preparatory stage was completed, the foundations were finished in autumn 2025, and the construction of ground-floor walls is now underway. As a result, the building forms are becoming clearly defined and the project has entered a phase of visibly advanced construction progress.

Compared to stage I, the new part of the estate will feature less dense development, allowing residents, among other benefits, to enjoy larger private gardens. Architecturally, the stage II homes—while stylistically consistent with the earlier stage—will be offered in two façade colour schemes: light and anthracite. They will also feature large glazing, spacious interiors with ceiling heights of 3.2 metres on the ground floor and 3 metres on the upper floor, as well as garages accommodating two cars, with additional parking spaces on the driveways. The homes will be available in six size variants, ranging from 190 to 258 sqm.

That is why we will soon begin works to create additional recreational areas and spaces for active leisure, which will be available both to Neo Natolin residents and to the local community,” he adds.

Neo Natolin is located in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, close to the Las Natoliński and Las Kabacki nature reserves. In the immediate vicinity of the estate there are schools—including some of the most prestigious in Warsaw—kindergartens, medical centres, large-format grocery stores and numerous service outlets. Residents also enjoy quick access to retail and lifestyle parks such as Vis à Vis Royal Wilanów. The development is very well connected to both central Warsaw and the city’s outskirts.
