DESEO Patisserie & Chocolaterie to stay longer at Vis à Vis Wilanów!

The owners of the luxury patisserie chain DESEO Patisserie & Chocolaterie – Natalia Sitarska and Łukasz Smoliński – have extended their long-term lease at the Vis à Vis Wilanów retail park. The company occupies 93 m² of stylishly arranged space within the building, complemented by a large outdoor seating area. Vis à Vis Wilanów, a development managed by a company from the Real Management group, is fully leased.

DESEO Patisserie & Chocolaterie is a chain of premium patisseries specialising in petit gâteau desserts, cakes, artisanal ice cream, bean-to-bar chocolates, and nut pastes and creams. The brand was founded by Natalia Sitarska and Łukasz Smoliński, a pair of travellers who have run one of Poland’s most popular travel-and-food blogs – Tasteaway.pl – for many years. Today, the DESEO brand operates eleven locations across Poland, including one that has been part of Vis à Vis Wilanów for five years, occupying 93 m² of high-quality retail space. In addition to the elegantly designed interior, guests can enjoy a spacious outdoor area and an external relaxation zone for cyclists. The company has decided to remain in its current location for the years to come.

The Vis à Vis Wilanów retail park is located at ul. Przyczółkowa 219 in the southern part of Warsaw, along the main route leading from the city centre through Wilanów towards Konstancin-Jeziorna. The scheme offers 17 retail, service, and F&B units with a total leasable area of 4,300 m². In addition to DESEO, tenants include Decathlon, Hebe drugstore, MAX Premium Burgers, RTV EURO AGD, Sakana Sushi & Sticks and ZooZoo.pl. The retail park is fully leased.
