Real Management S.A., 20 years on the market – New logo, new stage in the company’s development

Real Management S.A., a real estate development company, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. To mark this significant anniversary, Real Management S.A. is changing its visual identity and introducing new branding. The refreshed logo is also intended to highlight the transformation that has taken place at the company over the past year following the implementation of a new business strategy.

Real Management S.A.’s new strategy, announced at the end of 2021, assumes that the company will focus its activities on the technological and industrial as well as residential real estate sectors. Until last year, the company was additionally involved in projects in other commercial real estate sectors. From the beginning of its activity, the company has developed 265,000 sqm of commercial and residential space.

In line with its strategic goals for the next four years, Real Management S.A. plans to develop another 500,000 sq. m. of modern industrial space under Good Point brand, and 44,000 sq. m. of residential space in Warsaw as part of the Neo Natolin single-family residential development. Construction of the first phase of the villas, as well as their sale, will begin later this year.

– With 20 years on the market and 20 completed projects, we have been consistently implementing our development plans since Real Management’s existence. By refreshing our image, we want to symbolically mark the new stage we have entered – the implementation of a new strategy and new projects,” says Marcin Malka CEO of Real Management.

The refreshed logo and visual identity of Real Management S.A. is the result of cooperation with the creative agency WALK with David.

– The company’s logo has been greatly simplified, its minimalist triangle shape reflects the form of the letter RM and also represents the company and the two real estate sectors in which the company is developing its strategy, – says Marcin Malka President of Real Management.
