Real Management’s office buildings with new solutions for times of pandemic

New technologies, additional procedures, a more intensive communication with tenants, combined with active participation in the nationwide plasma donating initiative, all help Real Management S.A. demonstrate how to work safely in the offices in times of pandemic.

Real Management S.A. has introduced at Bolero Office Point 1 and their own office alike, modern systems for automatic, contactless measurement of body temperature and monitoring people entering the buildings for faces coverings. In the absence of a protective mask, the system immediately signals the need to put it on. Such devices also work as contactless disinfectant dispensers. In the buildings, decontamination mats were introduced in the entrances, reception desks were shielded with plexiglass, and service personnel were equipped with visors and masks. In addition, the common spaces are fully disinfected once a week.

In addition to new technical solutions, Real Management S.A. introduced new communication procedures. Tenants at Bolero Office Point 1 and 2, Park POINT 44, and the Lublin tenement house at Krakowskie Przedmieście 34, all receive a weekly newsletter reminding them of the safety and hygiene rules and informing about new regulations and restrictions introduced in connection with the pandemic. An intensive informational campaign on basic safety rules was carried out in these office buildings as well. The campaign featured posters, mailings and labeling of common areas using stickers and information boards.

Keeping buildings and tenants safe is not the only action the company has been taking to actively help reduce the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus. Real Management S.A. has teamed up with the tenants of Bolero Office Park, encouraging Covid-19 convalescents and employees working in the complex to donate plasma. In November 2020, the initiative was implemented in cooperation with Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o.
