This transaction also confirms the strength of our relationship, built consistently over the past 11 years, and the tenant’s satisfaction with the services we provide as part of the building’s management. From a market perspective, Rohlig SUUS Logistics’ decision to remain in this location is fully aligned with the current trend of renegotiations and extensions in the office sector.
