Three completed projects, another three in preparation – the pandemic does not slow down Real Management S.A.

Real Management S.A. closes 2020 with three completed projects that delivered to the market a total of over 11,200 sq m of office, commercial and technological space.

The Warsaw-based Bolero Office Point 2 office and technology building, the POINT.44 retail and office park in Piaseczno, and a historic tenement house with an cozy office and retail space at Krakowskie Przedmieście 34 in Lublin, are the three projects commissioned in 2020 by the developer Real Management SA The former is now fully commercialised, the other two have been leased in over 90%.

– Bolero Office Point 2 is a BTS project that we have completed specifically for UL International Polska Sp. z o.o. The 2,000+ sq m of modern office space and the 1,700 sq m of technologically-advanced laboratory space offer a comfortable workplace that meets the tenant’s high requirements, their research centre located in BOP2 – says Arkadiusz Płociński, Vice President of the Management Board of Real Management S.A.

– On the other hand, the concept of the multifunctional Park POINT.44, which we co-own, assumed since day 1 the creation of a place on the maps of Piaseczno and Warsaw where sports and adrenaline enthusiasts would find a full range of products and services related to their hobby. The tenants of Park POINT.44 include the largest motorcycle showroom in Europe, Liberty Matros (taking up 2,850 sq m of the 5,700 sq m total lease area of the building), the Total Fitness club, and (opening in January 2021) an AirBike bike showroom and service offering professional equipment for cyclists – Arkadiusz Płociński elaborates.

The third project launched this year by Real Management S.A. is a fully renovated 19th-century tenement house located in one of the most prestigious points of Lublin, at 34 Krakowskie Przedmieście. The cozy project means 1,800 sq m of high-quality office and commercial space hosting the Lublin offices of VOICE CONTACT CENTER Sp. z o.o. and MUSCAT.

A time for warehouses and residences

Despite the ongoing pandemic, Real Management S.A. does not intend to slow down next year. The company has projects under preparation in two sectors – industrial and residential.

– In 2021, as a developer and an investor, we plan to focus on two sectors of the real estate market: residential (our plans include commencing works on a housing estate of over 300 energy-efficient residences in Warsaw’s Wilanów) and industrial: two warehouse projects with a total area of 150,000 sq m, and the expansion of the Bolero Office Park complex with a third stage, which will complement the technology park we have created – Arkadiusz Płociński announces.
