The tenement house was completely renovated in 2012 and adapted to offer the best quality office and commercial space.
The tenement has three floors above ground and one underground. High-quality office space will be built on floors -1, 1 and 2. On level 0 there will be a restaurant and a cafe, also available to tenants of the Tenement House.
The building is connected by the front gate at Krakowskie Przedmieście with the courtyard of the outbuilding.

The tenement house is located in Krakowskie Przedmieście 34 in Lublin.
It is the main and most prestigious street of Lublin, partially closed to traffic and transformed into a pedestrian street. 30 m from the building there is revitalized Litewski Square with modern fountains, in the evenings pleaseing the residents with the play of lights and music. 150 m east of the building, there is Kakowska Gate, opening door to the beautiful Old Town that measures up to many Polish metropolises.
Most of the buildings on this street have an important commercial and service function. The neighbors of the tenement house are such well-known brands as: MC Donald’s, Burger King, ECCO, and Tchibo Café. A cafe and restaurant will be built on the ground floor of the Tenement House.
