Following the opening of their offices last October in a historic tenement house in Lublin, owned by Real Management S.A., Voice Contact Center accepts an additional 800 sq m office space in the property.

Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o., a customer experience services provider, chose to locate its state of the art operations center on 1,600 sq m of office space across four floors of the historical, 19th century tenement located at 34 Krakowskie Przedmieście in Lublin.

In October 2020, the company accepted the first 775 sq m. The beginning of 2021 saw it move in to another 800 sq m. In total, Voice Contact Center Sp. z o.o now rents nearly 1,600 sq m of office space in the tenement house.

Owned by Real Management S.A., the Krakowskie Przedmieście 34 tenement in Lublin was fully revitalised in 2012 and further refurbished in 2020. The building’s owner has made available over 1,800 sq of high-grade office and commercial space. The tenement has three above-ground and a single underground floor. The elegant, modern office space is located on the ground, first and second floors. On the below-ground level, the investor has provided a training center for one of the tenants, including conference rooms, a fitness room, a relaxation zone and a 100 sq m kitchen and canteen. The front of the building hosts commercial retail and service units with wide storefronts facing the promenade.

Historically, the building consisted of a front tenement and three outbuildings, linked by a courtyard accessible by the front gate from Krakowskie Przedmieście street. The investor connected the properties with a glass roof, ensuring that the property’s historical character is preserved. Furthermore, a glass ceiling had been added between the ground and first floors, allowing sunlight to reach even the below-ground floor. A 111 sq m unit (fit for a café, small catering, retail/service outlet) still awaits a tenant.
