Warehouse expansion of Good Point near Warsaw

Good Point, a brand established by Real Management S.A. to strengthen and develop the company’s industrial portfolio, implements the chosen strategy and buys land in attractive locations near Warsaw. Each parcel is located up to 30 km from Warsaw and will be used for large-scale facilities.

Real Management S.A. continues its new business strategy and focuses on the development of the industrial segment. Under the Good Point brand, it invests in land for the construction of industrial and warehouse real estate and technological properties for the life & science sector.

– The warehouse real estate sector was one of the few during the pandemic to record increases and all indicates that this segment will continue to develop very intensively. We are currently focusing on development within the Warsaw agglomeration, where logistics of the so-called last mile gains importance, i.e. city warehouses that are the last e-commerce supply chain. We are interested in parcels with an area of ​​up to 20 ha, up to 30 km from the centre of Warsaw, in close proximity to the interchanges on the planned AOW-50 – says Marcin Malka, President of the Management Board of Real Management S.A.

By the end of June, the company secured three plots of land with an acquisition. One of them is located south-east of Warsaw in the Góra Kalwaria commune, where fast and efficient access to the A2 motorway and the S8 expressway is provided by the DK 79 and DK50 roads. The second plot is located east of Warsaw, in the Karczew Commune, at the planned junction of the future AOW-50 and in close proximity to the S17 expressway and the A2 motorway.

Until now, Real Management S.A. built and sold 107,000 sq m of warehouse space, prepared and then sold 150,000 sq m at the pre-development stage, that is after obtaining building permits. The group manages assets worth EUR 105 million. Currently, there are 350,000 sq m of lease area under construction and planned, worth EUR 220 million.

Among the industrial and technological investments carried out so far by Real Management S.A. there are large-scale facilities, small city warehouses and BTS buildings: Good Point Puławska I, II, III and IV, Good Point Łyszkowice, Good Point Łubna and Bolero Office Point II built for UL International. The company’s portfolio in the BTS category also includes the Canal Plus building, which is part of the company’s Real Management S.A. product catalogue since 2011.
